Real German honey from a hobby beekeeping - Different varieties

With the exception of walnut and propolis honey, all types are ONLY available in 500g jars.

Attention: the propolis honey is not intended as a spread. Propolis is a natural remedy that bees collect from birches, beeches, alders, etc. to protect their hive from the invading of pathogens. The propolis honey consists of rapeseed honey enriched with propolis. Research has shown that propolis is a highly effective natural antibiotic with a broad spectrum of activity. The walnut honey is based on rapeseed honey mixed with crushed walnuts.

The Harzer mixture consists of rape honey and linden honey.

Hand painted chicken

Chickens have always been a popular choice for sculpture, and now you can own your own! Our hand-painted chickens are beautiful and suitable for any room in your home. Whether you want to add some color to your space or are just looking for something cute, you will love our ceramic chickens.

Each chicken is lovingly hand-made, fired and then individually painted with acrylic paint before the surface is sealed with clear varnish.

From a regional coffee roastery, we now also offer coffee for fully automatic and portafilter machines. The beans are gently and respectfully roasted in a drum roaster at 210° C for around 15 - 20 minutes.

Fruit Bomb

100% Arabica with flavour notes : berry, pineapple, peach, almond, macadamia

Micro-fermented, the coffee was piled up for 48 hours and covered with a tarp. This heats up the coffee and reaches a temperature of around 45 degrees. This process speeds up the fermentation and the sugar is broken down more quickly by microorganisms and converted into other substances/enzymes. These are then absorbed by the coffee seeds during drying. The result is complex coffee, fruity, with a good body and sweetness.
